If you can define the endpoint of how you want your life to look in the future, your brain can help you start building a roadmap and get you there so much faster.

Hypothetical question to all the experts out there.What would be your strategy and road map if you were in this situation with all the expertise and wisdom you have today.You are in Midwest, make close to 6 figure on your day job, no debt, own single family with small equity and have good/great credit history.

Making it a one-year goal (for example) will help you to build a road map to achieve that goal; it will allow you to determine quarterly, monthly, etc. goals and steps to achieve that goal. 

These are the questions you need to answer for yourself... this will inform your investing roadmap.
