I currently live in Austin, TX in a home that I’ll be renting out in the next month or two when I relocate to Nashville for work.

My wife and I are looking to relocate out of state by the end of the year, but would like to hold on to our 2 houses. 

I'm not sure if the other units are rented but if not maybe you can offer to relocate them to one of your other units.

Some ideas: posting on forums; reach out to your network; college campuses; business relocation sites; and yes, social media :) Use a good screening procedure to weed out unqualified applicants.
