If I'm not the registered owner of the property on the county registry, am I unable to arrange for Section 8 tenants?

Check with the city and state to see if they will limit what you can do to update the home if it on a historic registry.

Hey Andrea,I know I'm a bit late to the party on this one, but I do know up here in MA there is a Registry of Vital Records that stores all the death cert's, etc.

Good Morning @Alexaundra McCormick, MA has a pretty good online registry of deeds that you should be able to start researching the deed and any mortgages that have been recorded...

Do you think it says it somewhere on the mortgage that is recorded at the registry?

I think he expected me to stop using the postal service all together.Good for you not just getting scared and backing down for something so stupid.Can you register for the "Do Not Call Registry" if you don't give them a phone number?

Oh an one more update the property is not on the Tennessee registry of contaminated properties.  

Its a bit tougher to find stuff through the registry of deeds office page. 

I have a felony, I'm on the sex offender registry (downloading child porn) and I broke my lease (when I went to prison).

I am effective on the phone and to work my plan I need to talk to the owner.I have been told that I shouldn't call these people out of the blue because of the Do Not Call Registry.
