Logistics/freight forwarding use is going to be challenging with a 11'7" clear height (and the other physical dimensions), no matter what the broker/CoStar reports say. 

Now just to tell you a little about myself I have a family of five 4 boys 1girl .I do have some construction skills like carpentry ,laying tile , but for last 15 years I've been in the trucking industry I did start my own freight brokerage but did not succeed unfortunately it was to much money that I had to be paying all kinds of service fees here and there so if you think you can help me out with learning wholesaleling I would very much appreciated thanks for your time

@Kevin Ivey do they make the layout for you as well, or do yo need to send the layout.Also have you ever priced the difference to have them assemble it and shipped assembled(i know freight will be more, but how much more vs. you taking the time to assemble).

We are on the North and its proximity to both Worcester and Manchester as well as logan for freight and the increased squeeze on industrial 128 parcels bodes well.
