I am a nice person but I do burn out on feeling like im being let down so it does sometimes take some patience (and space from your phone) so you don’t loose your cool because you do NOT want to make a bad name for yourself with the agency

If not, then 2 things come to mind:1) you should not give the impression you are associated with BiggerPockets.2) this is advertising/self-promotion that should be in the Classifieds...Thought I'd share that before a Moderator chimes in......My 2 cents,Mike

Coaches run the calls, and most of the I get the feeling only want to promote their business or their own books they have self published. 

To me “legitimate” wholesaling can be done a number of ways, none of which seem to be promoted by the popular gurus promoting wholesaling.  

@Brandon Weis when it comes to PMCs, you'll find two main camps here on BP:1) Hardcore DIY landlords that think & promote EVERYONE should DIY manage. - Many are okay and actually understand DIY PM is not for everyone, but there are some that only have negative comments about PMCs.2) Owners & PMCs that promote hiring professionals.- Some PMC members are only here to promote themselves and don't offer much of value.

You will burn through several of each before you settle on a more permanent person, and even then they can disappoint at any time.2.

Unfortunately this seems to be the norm with many of the gurus and seminar/webinar promoters.
