When I think of Chicago, I think of over-price, over-regulated, city of corruption (at least 2 politicians in federal prison I think) that's located in a fiscally unsound state.

"No state or local agency shall post the home address or telephone number of any elected or appointed official on the Internet"The trouble on that record is that the home is owned by a politician, and after one was murdered or harassed some years back they changed the law to exempt themselves from being in the public record.
