In my state (TN) it means either the use of violence against the person being robbed such that they suffer serious bodily injury, or the use of a deadly weapon during the course of the robbery in order to accomplish the robbery (i.e. putting a gun to someone's head).

For most parcels this means removing trash, bush-hogging, tilling and planting a food plot to attract wildlife, posting no-trespassing signs, etc.  

They can continue to suffer without my concern. 

I researched a bunch of companies and they all suffer from the same issue.

There's no question our country suffers from a lack of affordable housing.

But even those areas still suffer from the crushing property tax rate, and the other issues the city has.
