I'm doing a Video Blog Post on that same thing with Moving trucks, and just saw an episode of Junk Yard Empire, where the business owners painted an old ford and put it on 20 foot high stack of cement pillars since the city wouldn't allow a pole.....

The property also appears to be a modular type construction and stationed on small pillars without a concrete slab foundation, and I don't know if this is typical for the area.I am really just looking for some guidance and resources to figure out what the costs and how to learn the process it would take to get the property connected to the city power supply and some other local infrastructure information as to what is expected by home owners in the area.My brother will be reaching out to the title company on Monday to try and gather some relevant info and resources, but any information that could get us closer faster would be a huge courtesy.
