AI is good for a first draft of things, not for widespread usage.People are looking to use AI to move quicker, but it only makes you or your product more robotic (artificial intelligence and such).

I think tracking productivity will be tough unless you have someone on site that is checking their work at the end of the day and documenting their progress. 

And I think a lot of companies will realize that productivity is generally higher in cooler climates.

If the AI/software could break down the offer in laymen's terms for the seller, much like a listing agent does, then the product could potentially be very beneficial.

You should have updated the address in the lender portal to your physical address so you receive statements and late pay warnings.Only way this scenario happens is if you do none of these. 

If you started somewhere like Texas, where there's more appreciation, you could do this for 5-7 years then 1031 exchange those properties into higher yielding products that'll allow you to walk away from your job.

The idea is brilliant, the product isn't ready yet though.
