This allows enough of an area for people to put a floor mat down and people to take off their boots.

You basically only need to know how to operate a mouse to play the game, because the first couple of hours don't require any ability to diagnose problems with the house.The most positive thing I can say about the game is that it's very drunk person friendly if you're like me and tend to prefer games with competition but don't want to derank if you've been drinking.

One of our tenants with one child told us that they had been paying $60/month at the laundry mat to do their laundry, they are much happier now that they have it in their home.In my experience, renting an apartment that at least has access to laundry it much easier than one without.

I don't know for sure but my guess is having one thermostat for two units isn't to code, and if that is mickey moused together my concerns would revolve around what else is cobbled together DIY. 

Put out lots of Terro ant killer $10. dollar tree $1 for 4 Mouse snap traps baited with Peanut Butter.

It would be a truck with a plain interior,a seat cover over a vinyl seat, have scratches in the bed, rubber mats on the floor.
