How long did it take to flip your home  to be ready to sell?

Over the past decade, I’ve built and managed purpose-driven homes in CA that serve communities while generating stable, long-term cash flow.In addition to running care homes, I also consult with aspiring care home owners across multiple states, including Texas, Arizona, and Michigan (Detroit area).

I’ve been in the industry for several years, and my work has given me a solid understanding of property systems, maintenance, and what makes a home a great investment.I’m now looking to expand my own real estate journey by learning how to acquire and manage short-term and long-term rental properties.

I personally like the buy-and-hold strategy and we help clients who share this long-term, wealth building mindset. 

No single, long vanity lights or mirrors!

As long as you express the key details of tenant information, lease dates, along with any standard information to vacate, and clear language of "non-renewal".

I am considering getting into this space (looking at some courses), but worried that its too late, and that deep local market knowledge/understanding of buyers/connection with developers etc is required to make this work, which only incumbent/long term investors will have and would be hard for a new entrant starting from scratch to catch-up...is my hypothesis valid in your opinion ?

Investment also spiked in Class A Short-Term Rentals (STR) and investors started paying higher and higher prices based upon anticipated STR rental rates, that exceeded sustainability based upon Long-Term Rental rates (LTR).

And not to long ago were the Florida and NC hurricanes.  

Perhaps the only homes that will last that long are the reinforced concrete structures that David mentioned.
