I don't have time to mentor someone unless they want to compensate me, which I don't feel right about. 

He and my mentor said I would be a fool to pass this up.

Good luck. haha i would run away from anyone self-proclaiming as "financial expert" with the expectation to "meet the guru / mentor/coach / master of all business" in his/her personal residence lol I have not google him yet but I bet he is taking picture in front of luxury house and driving sports car ?

I am looking for a mentor/partner that can show me how to scale faster and better ways to grow capital.

The problems are with the inexperienced under capitalized people studying wholesaling strategies as put forth by a variety of guru/mentors and the temptation these people feel when they smell a profit.   

If you can find a MB who will allow you to keep contracts when you jump and mentor you, that's a good deal.

I was hoping to find opportunities to network and possible find someone interested in possibly mentoring.
