There are 4 to 5 houses on this private drive way which is paved like a street but is not maintained by the city and most if not all of these houses belong to family members in the estate.I have to concerns about buying this property and please fill me in on your thoughts and opinions.  1. 

I did receive an email 14OCT from Frederic Robinson about filling up a survey. 

He is a very connected person and can get all kinds of interesting supplies very cheap and is willing to truck some our way whenever needed to come meet us in person and learn more about what we do....networking is always invaluable....Again these are very large returns because we are connected to a program that allowed me to fill in the holes in my knowledge easily and quickly.

Options beg the question "on what terms", which is why many fill out an earnest money contract to define the terms. 

I am in the beginning of the process so filling the police reports and next I will be reaching out to the DA.

But to dig the ditch, lay the canister assembly in gravel, and fill in the ditch for an exterior French drain?

Do that by buying smaller deal first and working your way up, or find partners with just a little more experience than you and fill in their gaps. 

But we moved out the low rent tenants and after the rehab we filled all units with market rent tenants.
