As a matter of fact, I recently met a young lady who, shortly after meeting, called me for help with an investment she'd made with someone else after both she and the other person failed to satisfy their contractual agreements.

Hoping to contact someone ASAP so this deal doesn’t slip through my fingers and would appreciate any insights! 

He also said as long as I don’t have 20 people partying and living in it I am ok.Now I went to speak with the lady who reported me and of course she acted like what I was doing was so amazing ect.

However, I have a lady that has been in my house for 4 months.

The lady that they have under contract is not happy with the deal at all and has been fighting them for 45 days.

I finally spoke with my friend and asked for permission to post this because she deserves some sort of say. she is terrified for her life considering Marcus got his associate to threaten her life. shes an older lady who was just looking for a home to enjoy the rest of her life in to do her bit of gardening.

So I went over with some batteries, popped it open with my fingers, and changed the batteries (2 AA).

Autocorrect can't match my lightning fast fingers.
