This younger generation is used to fighting virtually over the internet or by text message.Person to person confrontation is very scary for them.Being a keyboard warrior is not.Just my observation of interpersonal skills in today’s younger generation.

I suppose that one could hire a VA to handle the interpersonal communication, but I haven't heard of anyone doing this.

People's cell behaviours are not reliable.

I am considering buying hotels and renovating to rooms (with mini-frige and microwaves) that I rent as hotel rooms on a monthly basis to low income women.My thought is to provide this type of housing but avoid the nightmare of dealing with evictions and putting up with bad tenant behaviour until I can evict.
