Not sure why anyone would choose to continue paying a natural gas bill unnecessarily, just straight-up wasting money every month.

Seems unnecessarily complex. 

It is a struggle to start any business but when your state makes it so unnecessarily costly and cumbersome to survive, that just is wrong in my book.

As a syndicator, I have been on calls with a few potential investors and I can rather quickly tell that this investor armed with 1,000 questions perhaps from Brian's book or a syndication book is about to unnecessarily exhaust both of us with a bunch of questions turning a 15-min getting-to-you-know-you call to a full-blown FBI interrogation.

Having seen this play out dozens of times with clients, I always say steer away from doing something that is going to unnecessarily remove a paying tenant from a property.

Worked in to the offer that I didn't need to see the units until we had a contract which the seller loved because we did not have bother the tenants unnecessarily.

I don't like to be unnecessarily negative; you already invested there and I hope it'll turn out to be a good investment after all.
