To answer your question, if someone in my family got Ebola and we needed to stay indoors for 21 days in order to protect the neighbors, I would happily do it, and feel it my responsibility to do so.

We do say no smoking indoors on two of our nicer properties.Pets: Separate addendum with a pet deposit of about 1/3rd the rent. 

Maybe the previous inhabitants were in the business of raising indoor plants.

I just bought my place up there and it has 5 bedrooms, separate 700 sqft game room, and an indoor lap pool.  

Some specific things in different markets are easy points of differentiation, though, like indoor parking or covered parking vs. uncovered outdoor parking, elevator vs. walk-up (if low-rise), construction, amenities (pool, dry cleaner, etc.).

He was thinking of buying an indoor sauna or he was thinking of buying a outdoor one and building a little area around it.

It's just the family room and a hallway that I would be placing this directly on the concrete. never used it anywhere else. i know people that use it indoors (plywood) all the time and really like it.i used it in my basement and hate it.
