When I try to access the BiggerPockets Exclusive PRO area on the iPhone BP app, I get the message "You must have a BiggerPockets Plus or Pro account to view that forum."

What you end up with is some really great technology just like we saw with the internet, iphone apps etc. 

On my iPhone or MacBook I just go to the biggerpockets station in the podcasts app.

We use Okupied, it's an iPhone app that we track our finances with and collect rent.

@Alex Heidenreich I have a spreadsheet built on my iPhone and I set very conservative rents, high repairs, capex, vacancy, property management + PIT and if all that generates anything over 4-5% CoC returns I pull the plug.

I have a note pad on my iPhone of materials $ and labor $.

Once that's dialed in, I think they plan to improve the app.Hmm where do you see the iPhone app?

I need a program that will easily allow me to switch from my (mac) laptop to my iPhone, or to my iPad, and I want real-time updates to share with others involved with the project, preferably with push-alerts.Projects are primarily renovations with fairly long-term timelines and hardfast deadlines, but there are some items that can be done more "at leisure" or which are one time one-and-done type items.
