Whatever you do, don't buy a jet.

I’m not saying I want private jets and a butler, but coming from my background I am willingly to work extremely hard for a comfortable life on my own terms.

Maybe a steam boiler is different from a modern hydro baseboard heating system??

Less than a year after my first purchase and after several drain cleaning (snake/hydro-jet), I learned that my main sewer line needed replacement all the way to the city main (~80ft). 

I think it might have been AIG who bought 2 jets, with bailout money, also.

Roofs, gutters, exterior paint, caulking (inside and outside), waste line inspections and/or cabling or jetting, interior plumbing and electrical inspections, HVAC service, and any inspect/service any unique elements you might have.
