Look into Midwood and Sheepshead Bay neighborhoods in Brooklyn- Horizontally: Avenue L to Emmons Ave - Vertically: East 24th St to East 13th St- Stick to under 13 minute walking distance to B / Q trains.- You want to be close to Kings Highway, Emmons Ave or Sheepshead Bay Rd- Russian and Jewish folks always interested in buying / renting good quality housing out there- A lot of new construction on Ocean Ave driving prices up, even Avalon just built a 30 floor tower.

He had sent me the estimate for horizontal only(clearing the wooded lot/stormwater bmp etc) and for some reason thinks that now i owe him 1% of the construction costs (~ 10,000 USD) for providing the 'Qualified Itemized estimates' .

Here’s what I know:- use an auger to dig out posts 6 feet apart- set the posts in the ground- fill the holes with dirt or cement (I assume cement is better- connect the vertical posts posts with the horizontal planksI have a week to learn as much as I can so any and all help would be massively appropriated!

Now answering people's forum questions feels more like a job than a hobby.If you click the little box with the four horizontal lines (toward the top of the Newest Post page) it brings you to a better format but it's still inferior to the old format and the thread headline text is unappealing.
