So we make our Property the Header (The customer) and then indent the tenant who lives there by making it a job of the rental property) (See sample below) So we listed all of our properties as a Class and then again as a Customer and made the tenants a job of the rental properties in the Customer Center and the amount of rent for each property (this is done through an Invoice)So now, just like on paper, we have created a list of our properties, the tenants who live there and how much rent we will get for each property.

But depending on the city inspector: you will have to show that items mentioned above are up to code or they will make you re-do those portions (for example; they had us open up drywall to see structural beams in framing, headers for doors and windows, pluming for bathrooms etc The permits should not be a big deal: maybe between $2k and $5k for the home and individual permits i.e. electrical for example are fairly inexpensive ($150 ) for example + - For the garage: again things need to be up to code: most likely they still have a garage door which will tell you a lot: no permits is the obvious one: and that that your will need to close out that side completely, frame it, put a formal entry door, fire egress windows, insulation, structural framing, foundation in-front (where you have a garage door) and if the garage is just a slab: then all around also.

@Aaron Hunt This is a small nit, but I think you intended to have "# of Units" in the column headers of your table above rather than "# of Properties".

What I tried was a filter to reply if the incoming message subject line was "(the generic one-click-reply header from Zillow)" and to send a canned response via Gmail that was something snarky like, "Whoops!
