Membership money?

This sounds like an LP relationship where you will receive membership interest in the deedholder LLC.

Having said all that, when you and your membership get above 4 (or 10 depending on the current rules) Fannie Mae loans, it makes sense to get LOCs against rentals because you can't get government subsidized long term money.

BP has leases for every state that they sell and they're free if you have the Pro membership.

Bigger Pockets pro has also now added Rent Redi to the Pro membership and I have heard good things about them.  

I DO NOT have an affiliation with a coaching program but have looked into them and I am quite unsure if they are ever truly worth it, or if my Pro membership here is truly all I would need to accomplish my goals. 

Or it can just sell and then the LLC will have a tax consequence.In any event the LLC then has to reconcile itself internally by shifting membership interests or whatever. 

A Pro membership gives you the tools and resources you need to start, scale or manage your portfolio.

I was so happy to have access to a Connecticut lease agreement and other key documents with my Pro membership.
