I owned and sold/rented a few mobile homes, and somehow today I came across mods and am now binge searching all day.I'm out in Cali, and out in the inland empire land is cheap. 

Even now as a mobile home investor, I still do things locally.

Is there away to obtain subject to on a mobile home?

Are you going to be putting mobile homes on these other lots or you looking to go more conventional route?

Build mobile home on the vacant lot I understand the cost involved for rehab the existing house.
