Just FYI :-)Yeah I know Simpson makes a structural screw for hangers now, with a hex head, but I’ve been seeing a lot of regular deck screws used lately and obviously if they’re not structural they don’t have the shear strength needed to support a deck.

But I can’t make heads or tails of these Airbnb stats.

It's not a get rich quick scheme, it's a lot of active work and I would have 5 yrs in my head at a minimum before you truly become established and stabilized. 

I'm posting now to get a head start and hopefully connect with any agents who may be familiar with decent opportunities.

I use google drive and FreshBooks but it's a lot of in my head of who I hired and when they need to be done.
