Furnished Finder has proven to be a bit difficult for me and I have not been able to land a mid term renter just yet.

If you want to buy in a better area then you might be spending more on a down payment and have less to buy furnishing for an STR.

I am more interested in people who do midterm rentals, anything over 1 month, fully furnished.

Rows of debris and personal belongings line the streets, and upon closer inspection, some of it resembles a yard sale.It’s heartbreaking to see people throwing away brand-new TVs, washers, dryers, paintings, family photos, and boxes of clothes.

I got a couple of these on my furnished monthly rental.

Here’s my current calculus in my area of New Jersey NJ - each 1 furnished room rents for $1000-1200/mo with like 5% vacancy and each furnished 2 bedroom apartment rents for $2500-3000/mo with 10-15% vacancy.

Or has anyone seen furnished places go for less than unfurnished before?

I was planning to use Furnished Finder to advertise the lisitng, but am wondering if Turbo Tenant would be a better option.
