So, they spend a lot of effort in finding and closing economic loopholes that an REI'er can exploit.By hamstringing the private sector with rules that don't mesh with local real estate market conditions, the framer's primary goals of preservation are not met and they've cut off their noses to spite their faces.  

Each individual job (landscaping, painting, carpet install, tile installer, framer, electrician, plumber, etc.) has a price quotes and a time they can get it done by.

Does anyone in CO know of any framers who would be interested in doing 1-2 residential homes a month and several small apartment complexes a year in Pueblo West ? 

Unless you:1) can be there EVERY day or at the least be available to be there daily2) know who to call (plumbers, electricians, framers, window installers, roofers, landscapers, etc. etc.) 3) know how to manage sub contractors 4) know what order to have the sub contractors in to do their work5) can provide a detailed SOW6) (if needed) can produce or otherwise provide something resembling a building plan for your sub contractors to work off of7) can estimate take offs (or at least can you confirm a sub's take offs?)

Then the CSBS got into the act sending out directives to the states and holding secret telephone conference with state officials giving them directives and interpretations that were never intended by the framers of the model legislation.

I’m not saying to pay your framer 30k in cash but if you’re tile guy or painter says he will do the next one for 2700 instead of 3500 if you pay cash.

Im grabbing quotes and have meet with several contractors from foundation layers, electricians, general contractors and framers doesn't seem to intimidating but I shall see.

My husband has always told me that contractors, plumbers, etc. judge you on your clothes and your car, and will have a higher bid if your clothes and car are "more expensive" (my husband worked as a framer, installed tile, etc. during high school).
