It has two unpermitted Enclosed patios, a unpermitted aluminum patio and a unpermitted fiberglass pool.  

I'm also considering adding a fiberglass roof deck if it fits in the budget.  

Great stuff - wear gloves if using it because the fiberglass can itch like crazy.

Better type with the fiberglass backing and not paper backing.

So you can use less fancy and less expensive materials like fiberglass shower surrounds, black/white appliances, formica countertops, no accent walls, no chandalier in the living room, etc. 

Is it possible to resurface a fiberglass shower surround?

We put in acrylic counter tops with built in sinks, 2 piece fiberglass shower, no garbage disposal, no W/D, etc etc.
