Hello fellow homebuyers,I recently made an offer on a house with an inspection contingency covering the roof, foundation, electrical, plumbing, backyard fencing, and pest infestation.

I would probably stick to #2 and get them both out UNLESS she can find a way to qualify on her own - paying advanced rent, getting a second job, finding a room mate, getting assistance.

I would not recommend investing in SD as a fellow San Diego resident myself!

Thanks for a detailed reply mate however construction is very high risk proposition especially from overseas and has potential to go wrong on a lot of fronts together.

Also, don’t forget to do your research and connect with fellow investors. 

Lori and I went to Miami and we got to fly with one of my fellow cirrus owners.. he was in RE there as well.. at the time Miami had 11 YEARS of inventory :) Mainly condos of course but still 11 YEARS I was in shock.
