Hope you have extra folding chairs.We are on a special diet called Keto, so we can only eat healthy high fat foods, avocados, fresh farm eggs, grass fed beef etc. no carbs, nothing high in sugar like fruit, or anything processed.

I have donated dogs for service animals and they always turn down fat headed dogs even if they are the best candidates, because of peoples negative perceptions.

I would say keep this one on the back burner and it might turn into a deal but when you guys are at 50% of their asking its not going to happen yet.

They make 10k to 15k a month for 3 months and spend like fat cats.
