Logicality facilitates face-2-face meetings and these should be few and far between!

The money draws are easier to facilitate if the GC and lender have a good relationship.  

I believe in win-win situations, and that's what I hope to facilitate.

There are websites that facilitate peer to peer unsecured lending, and you can of course do so with an individual you know personally.  

I am also currently enrolled in a class to get my real estate license to facilitate our real estate venture which I will hopefully pass the course and test by this December 2016. 

You will need an IRA LLC Facilitator, it may be an attorney or a company specializing in setting up such structures.

My wife and I are getting into REI (she already has a property management company/license) so I am getting my license to primarily facilitate our own deals and work from home.

Haven't had to use a HML yet but I plan to build it into our business model soon to get properties completed quicker and to facilitate more acquisitions.One important thing is to get your budget right.
