Any sort of service that targets people who make rash decisions out of emotional desperation is often looked at as predatory.

I personally like to speak to someone face-to-face so I can read their facial expressions and body language when talking to them.

Although I am a leary of those with multiple facial tattoos.  

I think this was so personal that I acted rash which is why I will never rent to a coworker or anyone I know again!

Do not flush facial wipes, tampons, feminine hygiene products, condoms, grease, rubber ducks, or baby wipes.

It's been such a long standing practice that attorneys seem to think a lender is entitled to ownership failing to look at the equitable side.This issue has surfaced since the bubble burst and rash of foreclosures.

In other words, just cause "Joe down the road has his own pool and does it all himself" does not make him qualified and will not be accountable if say the chemicals are not right and your guests gets burns or rashes from the chemicals.  

Unfortunately, along with individuals in your shoes desire to advance their projects as quickly as possible, the contractors are often eager to get the work started and the combined desires of both parties frequently leads to rash decision making.

The point about the disregarded entity seems facially valid.  

If i could recommend anything, especially because you have the initial funds to get into serious trouble,  it would be to very clearly define what it you want to do with the money that way you are focused on what you will look for and would spend the money on that way you won't allow yourself to make a rash decision.
