With economies outside the US slowing, exports getting more expensive in their destination currencies and ever cheaper (in exchange rate) outsourcing costs it’s hard to see how we’re going to generate much wage growth and/or inflation that would spur the Fed to raise rates materially.

And if you pre commercial thin you can create the necessary ring counts and knots to jump into an export grade log which will bring 20 to 40% or more in value than a domestic log.So if you combine this with the same buying principals that most of us RE folks look for IE a deal day one..

Unless wages, driven by the economy by way of manufacturing and exports increases, demand will slowly soften.

At the end of the year we just export files to excel and send to the accountant.
