If they had a crock pot explode, probably not.

Mayo is about to explode in the next 5 years, our city expected to double its population, and we are hoping to capitalize on this, of course!

The hot water tank exploded and water was sitting in the utility room/kitchen for quite awhile.

Atlanta in particular has many parts that are exploding with rehabs with better margins, but most lenders require more out of pocket.So, again with using those two markets as examples I think it depends on your situation.

I did that for several years and my cashflow is exploding month by month at this point.Please understand, I do not claim to know everything nor is this the only way that it can be done, but it is the way that I did it and still do it.

The tenants stay almost forever which keeps turns and headaches down.There are some markets in the U.S where the market is exploding with rent increases but it's rare and not the norm.
