I'm really interested in hearing directly from professionals in the field: What are main challenges contractors and developers are dealing with on daily basis while building homes?

I have come so far (daily personal Finance sheet, opened a small business, bough a home, and utilized as many tax strategies as best I can), yet I still feel so far from my freedom.

You can't control everyone everywhere, especially if you have mid size team and hundreds or thousands of customers who submit tickets on daily basis.

Some of us are on the forums daily, while others may only log in once a week or less.

I'm asking specifically because I am thinking about throwing a treadmill or elliptical machine in the living room if the person wants to exercise a little while they're there.The unit isn't huge (around 1k sq feet) and it will probably look tacky, but I was wondering if other people have found value in providing some simple exercise equipment, even if it seems out of place.

I'm not against hiring people without a solid estimate for the whole project but then it just means the work is paid based on an hourly / daily rate and I get daily updates on the progress and I watch them very very closely.
