Flipping and investing in real estate is an exciting path, especially with your husband’s expertise as a contractor—it’s a great advantage. 

When I look back real estate investing and rehabbing houses is akin to games I enjoyed playing as a child.

I didn’t really enjoy any part of being a landlord.

I recommend you figure out what you want to do, then actually do it to see if you enjoy it, have some skills, etc.

Outside of real estate, I enjoy Working out, training my German shepherd, and traveling with my family.

At some point, the juice isn't worth the squeeze for us and we just want to enjoy life. 

But when it comes to choosing or creating investments that will produce a return along with personal fulfillment or enjoyment, then I say it definitely matters what you invest in and where you invest.  

I have heard from people who enjoy learning from him.

I can fly to Greece and enjoy the ocean there for less.
