I mean they might not like being a landlord.. many try it many don't like it after a while.. even though to a man or women when they start the common statement is I will never sell I am long term..

The current tenant/operator (two women) signed a 5 yrs lease 6 months ago.

It is not their business to know and will only empower them to argue/debate your decision.

Homes with improved garage is what most men are looking for ( Women want a modern kitchen).

Women love mantles. 

I myself own a 4600 sq. ft. house on 20 acres in Redding CA and have rented the rooms to students at a local ministry school, a Christian missionary group, and currently rent to a sober living home, that subleases the rooms to women in transition. 

I would not have squandered my money on women alcohol and tobacco and anything else I could buy .

There are charity organizations that you may be able to apply to in order to get assistance on rent, and we would be happy to accept rent from such an organization (insert charity names and contact info if you know of any, in my area there are several grant programs that help single women specifically).

Its up to the other women But they all remain liableI would not allow a sublease 

In the email she asked me some questions, such as she thought when she rented the room, this house should only be allow women in the house, why my male friends and male relatives only come in this house in the day time.
