Anything less than those drivers is a distraction.

Depends on your market, that should be the driver for everything.  

The investor is technically in the driver’s seat.

Example of a deal I did last year: Purchase $110k, Rehab $30k, drive rents to $14003.

Has one major population driver but really is a stagnant town.

The only one I thought of was to get a copy of drivers license before a showing.Any thoughts?

HI BP,I've been thinking about what to ask from tenants in case of issues...besides a copy of their gov't ID (Drivers or passport), credit report stating full name, address and birthday, what else do you all typically ask for?
