The off white may be a very light member of the greige camp, but the other two I would call bone and...well, beige and not greige and not tan and not almond (note, I am color challenged but beige can be yellow or pink and while neutral, completely outdated due to undertone...my first and last quart of greige, used as asubtle accent wall, had a disappointing purple undertone.)

Good day everyone This is very disappointing to hear such harsh comments on a genuine lender like Jordan David I have been working with him for a very long time and he has funded a lot of my projects, Never for once has no problem occurred between Us since I started working with him, Mr Jordan David is a genuine lender and I can testify to that,

But since you can't count on appreciation, being able to buy below market in an A area is a great way to 'force' appreciation immediately in case the actual long-term appreciation is disappointing

If the rates that i get from the local banks are disappointing i'll give the AACU or another credit union a try.Edit: I am not eligible for an AACU loan as I don't work for the airline industry.

To my disappointment I was denied a loan of $170,000 from quicken due to high debt to income ratio ( I was over excited and failed to do my due diligence) I didn't think to add in the new payment into my calculations.....oops, But with that nice lesson learned I now know what needs to be done in order to get either 50-80k on a heloc. so my question is when the lender calculates the dti on the heloc do they use the interest only payment or principle & interest.
