TurboTenant offers a maintenance program for $149 annually; they will respond to tenant issues, troubleshoot, assign to a pro, and charge your card on file (unless it's over your set amount, then they will call to confirm).

@Vladimir Del Valle I don't think the location of the CPA matters provided that they have a solid background in Real Estate and software/tools to support you remotely.

Possibly but the problems I’m having stem from having too many cooks in the kitchen already so to speak, and failures of what is supposed to be seamless transitions among different payment systems, so I’d be worried that adding another layer of complication, more entities and more software could lead to more potential failure points.
