Concerts in the park.

We visit Denver often for concerts at Red Rocks. 

You will need 100% occupancy in the peak season,  you will need very high weekend occupancy during the shoulder season (March April May September October) which is when we hold a lot of weekend festivals and concerts. 

Winter sports events, concert tours, sporting events, and some of the most majestic and beautiful mountains in the country.

Love all 3 for different reasons, but I love them for all the advantages of big city amenities (arts, culture, nightlife, parks, concerts, sports, outdoors, etc) with a less price tag than the big cities you named in your initial post.  

On top of this they do not give out permits to rent out concerted units in a single family.

Finance laws are not a solo, it's not like going to a hear a soloist, you are sitting in a concert, the orchestra has several sections, woodwinds, brass, strings and percussion, they are all orchestrated to present the program.

I spent a night in the town a few weeks ago and they had a live concert outside on a Thursday. 

My theory is that more families and professionals stay here for longer trips instead of 1-3 people seeing a concert, game, etc. for one night.
