Compared to other towns in Oklahoma.There is also an army base in lawton which helps keep the population high and another reason why the rental demand is high out there!

But i was able to achieve the elusive infinite return on a majority of my RE and all of my investment RE that I purchased prior to 2020.Infinite return has the benefit that the finances are not the hindrance to scale.

The bank does still ask for my tax returns each year and with each deal and my adjusted gross income last year was comparative to your stated cash flow from your rentals.

I don't think Im paying my bookeepeer an outrageous amount, although with economies of scale (I have one commercial insurance plan, commerical portfolio loan from a single bank, one bank account, etc) it probably doesn't take the Bookeeper 3x to do my books compared to yours.
