It is all online and I was able to crank through the class in about 1-2 months by trying to do at least 1 chapter 3-4 nights a week, sometimes a couple chapters a night.

It's best to have your attorney do the correspondence.Depending on the chapter BK your tenant filed, these motions can cost between $500-$1k to file, with a court filing fee of $181

Now the challenges -- I filed bankruptcy 7 years ago (hasn't dropped off yet -- Chapter 7 has another 2-3 years left).

Focus on the test at the end of each chapter, in the end, that will be most of your test.

The Chapter 13 plan calls for the arrearages to be repaid over 60 months, but does not include the original mortgage payment anywhere in the plan.

I wind up not being able to pay the minimums on the credit cards and I am currently in year two of a chapter 13 bankruptcy.  

I've found the transition from what we've been doing for a long time to the next or alternate chapter to be a longer and more fluid process than 'in a few years I'm going to do x all at once and go in direction y'.
