Good evening BP community 

I recently purchased the BP book on getting into real estate with little or no money and ran into the chapter about private lenders. I am interested as this will give me an earlier start into RE, so. I was hoping to hear from people who have used private lenders and their experiences. Share both positive and negative things that have come up using private lenders, also any advice for beginners.
