I've done a lot of projects with 40 Change Orders or more, I mean $5k, $10k, $40k COs!

I may change my mind after a couple of months but we will see how it goes.

Going more west and south especially after 42nd st really changes the neighborhood. 

Improvement changes are difficult.

It is helpful to have your eye on neighborhood changes as well as being able to get there quickly if needed. 

Had we scheduled the closing in the morning, there would not have been an issue.The only potential upside is that a disaster area declaration triggers changes in mortgage rules that could beneficial to the buyer.
