To use a CC to help fund it, they are talking about doing a Balance Transfer, which is normally 0% interest  for 1 yr, with a 3-5% immediate fee.

Hi Aaron,Yes my debt is a mix of CC and 2 car payments which id like to payoff as it would clear up $700 a month for me.I absolutely would like to be pre approved before I start seriously looking at a house and the property analystist is a big concern for me because I’m so new I’m affriad of messing up my first deal so I will absolutely be diving in deeper on the subject

@Jamar Arbelo Be on time for bill pay, do not pull high credit amounts 30%-50% of the credit (if you have $10K limit on CC use only 25% or less), do not open and close CC/accounts all the time, do not get inquiries for new financing all the time, and do not have any late payments.
