Since it;s just 2 of you, it's hard to have a tie breaker, but you can agree to have a 3 party tie breaker OR do as Venture Capitalists do, ALL partners have to agree to fund a deal or else it's not going to happen.Good luck ;-)

I find it ironic that people who consider themselves to be capitalists that subscribe to the Austrian school of economics view this landlord's actions as justified.The Austrian principles state very clearly that robbery doesn't equal murder.

so you can get teams in there to rehab/rebuild then you have to overcome the public stigma of said area to get actual tenants or buyers to pay for these housesand when all that is done, you have to show a profit....From a capitalist perspective, this is a money loserfrom a philanthropic perspective, there are more efficient ways to help and when the government gets involved and it's called gentrification

Myself I gauge wealth based on income.In a purely capitalist scenes it is neither easy or quick if one must work for it.Or daddy works all his life building a legacy to pass on to his children, he dies, kids inherit and immediately liquidate the assets.
