Don't use air freshener spray or candles to mask the odor.

How will you get the smell of cheap perfume out after they leave?

,aerosol sprays and candles only replace the odor with a more pleasant odor, they do not remove the odor only masks it.

.- I even have policies like no candles, no open grease cooking, no fire pits within 20 feet of house, etc.

@David JorgensenI put one together with three different seller financed options when I was purchasing my candle business back in May.It really helped to show the seller the interest they will get, payment, and balloon payment.Our third option was a step up payment too so they saw that every 12 months we increase the monthly payment too and with our conversation we brought up inflation and that helped to show we were going to keep up with it too.

My wife and I own a Business Coaching & Bookkeeping Business and a Candle Business that focuses on more natural scents using products that offer a clean burn. 

Next I spray my wife's perfume on it, then in the mail box it goes.

In eight years the most staging I've ever done is a shower curtain and maybe a few candles if I really think it needs to pop.  

Really, by itself it's ok, not much different than a candle.
