I am looking a buying the note on my grandmothers home. she has cancer,and has moved out. she is fully willing to sign any paperwork for me to get the home. she still owes much more then the home is worth. she also has been paying the payment for 13yrs.

I was contacted by the property owner who has a cancer and wants to sell before starting chemo. 

He's a younger guy with young children and his wife died of cancer and he went completely broke.

I work full time at the moment for the Cleveland Clinic in our brand new Cancer Center (pretty interesting place to work).

In a blow to our operation, our handyman, who had been instrumental in renovating units and handling tenant work orders, who had a lifetime of experience in the type of work we needed, was diagnosed with cancer in the spring and passed away a few months later.

My brother had colon cancer about 4 years ago and would be better doing something part time.  

Not ONE of them has ever had cancer.

Three years ago our oldest daughter (13 at the time) was diagnosed with cancer.

Most of the local dogs die of weird cancers at young ages (verbal from my neighbors).

And I was so scared  I was receiving chemotherapy for an aggressive form of breast cancer.
