Rental portfolios would be a quicker way in - as you could possibly buy numerous properties in one transaction.  

The reason why many lenders shy away from Manufactured Homes In general, is because there is not a lot of business for it for them to feel comfortable lending on it.

Thats why you see very few HML that were in business prior to 2010 to 2011..
