Initially, we did not have any difficulty finding a local lender willing to work with us, on 15yr term loans, portfolio packages, etc.We are in a position to begin acquiring more units, but are not finding the atmosphere to be as receptive currently. 

Lots of experience real estate investors in a relaxed atmosphere.

By this last statement I mean - if you have a relationship with a lawyer, accountant, or tax professional, ask them for a referral to another in their field who may be particularly experienced in real estate investing (best if they do it themselves) and suited to your personal situation and needs.I recommend that you seek business insurance from a local provider in a similar manner.And you should build relationships with one or more realtors - also in a similar manner.Hope to see you at an upcoming REI gathering - usually the attire is business professional and the atmosphere is casual - but the participants are highly focused on REI and success (theirs - and yours).  

I got my degree from the University of Missouri in Atmospheric Science.

However, the general atmosphere that it will pass just like other cities: Pittsburgh and Cleveland.    

A license is required as is special equipment to recover the gas instead of just blowing it off to the atmosphere.

A lot of areas don't want the weekly Tennant atmosphere.

FIU is not centered in a college town nor does it have the college party atmosphere, at all.

I like the self paced atmosphere.
